Also maintains an active real estate practice as both a closing agent / title agent and mortgage law as well as probate and estate planning.

Kurt is the sole owner and managing Attorney from June 2006 to the Present. He is a solo practitioner in Hollywood, FL in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, family law, probate, mortgage law, corporate law, international law and real estate transactions. The office manages all aspects of cases from client intake through completion. Mr. Hilberth is a title insurance agent for Old Republic Attorneys Title Insurance Fund Services.

 During the foreclosure crisis, Mr. Hilberth established Mediated Foreclosure Solutions and as a certified Circuit Civil mediated approximately 450 foreclosure mediations. Recently, he became a certified Family mediator and currently is available for private family mediations in addition to being a contract mediator with Broward County mediating cases at the courthouse.

Mr. Hilberth began his career as an associate attorney with Hunter & Hunter, PA in Hollywood from 1996 to 2006. He practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury, family law, probate, corporate law, and real estate transactions. He also practiced mortgage law to include in the capacity of an attorney / broker for Attorneys Mortgage Services (issuing mortgage loans).

                                               EDUCATION

 Mr. Hilberth graduated from Saint Thomas University School of Law  with a Juris Doctorate in 1995. While at Saint Thomas, he was a member of Phi Delta Phi honor society as well as the chairman of the Student Honor Committee in his senior year.

 Mr. Hilberth graduated from the Military College of South Carolina, The Citadel with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991.
